Consistent learning experience

I've been a Skoove Premium subscriber for over a year now, and I just renewed my annual plan. The Beginner Piano Lessons were great, and I'm now into the Intermediate lessons. It's still the same reliable platform; the AI-driven feedback is always spot on, and the lesson structure is easy to follow. They added some new Pop Song Lessons since my last renewal, which is a nice touch. I keep coming back because it just works.

So much fun learning!

Oh my goodness, Skoove is amazing! I just finished my first month of lessons and I've learned so much. The interactive feedback is like having a teacher right there, and the Pop Song Lessons are so much fun to play. I'm already playing some of my favorite tunes. The app works perfectly on my iPad, and it was super easy to set up with my digital piano. I will definitely be continuing my subscription. You HAVE to try it!

Decent learning tool, needs more songs

I tried Skoove Premium for three months. Overall, it's a solid platform for learning piano. The Beginner Piano Lessons were well-structured, and the Music Theory Course was actually quite helpful. The personalized feedback system worked well with my digital piano. However, I found the song library, especially for Jazz Piano Lessons, a bit limited after a while. I would have liked to see more variety there. It's good value for the price, but they could expand the song selection for advanced players.

Good lessons, easy to use

Signed up for Skoove Premium. Lessons are clear. Interactive feedback helped a lot. Used it on my keyboard. Simple setup. Good for learning piano.

I'm a complete beginner, never touched a piano before. Is Skoove good for total newbies or more for people with some experience already?

D David K. 1 month ago
Definitely for beginners! It starts from the absolute basics, like which finger to use. Don't worry.

Super beginner-friendly. I literally knew nothing and it walked me through everything. The interactive feedback really helps you get it right.

Thinking of getting Skoove. Does it work with an acoustic piano? Or do I need some fancy digital setup?

N Nick 1 month ago
It can! You just use your device's mic. The AI listens to what you play. Pretty neat.

Yep, my friend uses it with her upright piano. You just gotta make sure your device can pick up the sound clearly. A digital piano is easier for the direct connection though.

Hey, wondering about the free trial. Is it like a full-featured trial or super limited? Wanna try it out before committing.

M Marcus D. 1 month ago
Yeah, it's pretty solid. You get a good chunk of lessons and can see how the feedback works. Not just a tiny demo.

It's a 7-day trial, and you get access to most premium stuff. Enough to know if it's for you. I used it to check compatibility with my old MIDI keyboard too.

I have an old MIDI keyboard, like super old. Will Skoove work with it or do I need a newer one with specific features?

T Tom Patel 2 weeks ago
As long as it sends MIDI signals, it should be fine. Most older ones do. My ancient Casio works.

C Cleo 1 week ago
Should be okay! Skoove supports most MIDI keyboards. You just need the right cable to connect it to your computer or tablet. It's usually a USB-MIDI cable.

Can I use my Skoove account on both my iPad and my desktop computer? Or is it locked to one device?

P Paula 3 weeks ago
Yeah, you can use it on multiple devices. Just log in.

Totally. I use it on my Mac and my Android tablet without any issues. Your progress syncs up too, which is super convenient.

How does Skoove compare to Simply Piano? I've used Simply Piano a bit but looking for something maybe more in-depth.

M Mia Lindqvist 1 month ago
Skoove feels more like a structured course, if that makes sense. Simply Piano is good for songs, but Skoove dives deeper into theory and technique, I think.

I switched from Simply Piano. Skoove's feedback system is way better, and it has more classical and jazz stuff if you're into that. Simply Piano felt a bit too game-y for me after a while.

What's the deal with canceling a subscription? Is it a pain, or pretty straightforward if I decide it's not for me?

S Sam M. 1 month ago
Super easy. You can do it right from your account settings.

No problem at all. I canceled my monthly plan before upgrading to annual, and it was just a few clicks in the account dashboard. No hassle or trying to make you stay.

Does Skoove ever do like, big sales? Thinking about getting the annual subscription but hoping for a discount.

D Dana A. 1 month ago
They usually have Black Friday sales, and sometimes holiday promotions around Christmas or New Year. Keep an eye out then.

B Ben Vargas 1 month ago
Yeah, I got my annual plan with a pretty sweet discount during their Black Friday deal last year. Also saw a student discount once, if that applies to you.
